Moeller Music wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.  Moeller Music has a 10-day full refund for all returns except rental contracts, special orders, lessons, repairs, and items identified as non-returnable.  Shipping cost are not refunded.
 
· The following items are non-returnable & non-refundable: Sheet Music, Books, CDs, Videos, DVDs, Reeds, Mouthpieces, Harmonicas, Recorders, Kazoos, Whistles, Fifes, Earbuds, Earplugs, Clothing, Strings, Polishing Cloths, Cleaning Fluids, Drumheads, Drumsticks, and Software.  If the item is defective, an exchange or a credit will be issued for the purchase price.
 
Online Purchase Returns or Exchanges require an RA:
 
 Please read the following carefully to ensure that your Item Return or Exchange is done correctly.
 
· All returns and exchanges must have an RA# (Return Authorization Number). To receive an RA#, please submit your request online.   Do not forget to mention your customer number and order number so that we can expedite your request.  RA# requests must be made by email.

· Receive a Refund RA # from Moeller Music within 10 days from the date you received your package (according to UPS tracking) and we will give you a full refund.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

· Receive an Exchange RA # from Moeller Music within 10 days from the date you received your package (according to UPS tracking) and we will give you a store credit for the purchase price of the item.  This credit may be used at our retail stores or our online store but must be used within 90 days of issuance of the RA and only applies to the purchase of product (It does not include rental contracts, non-product related purchases or services, such as: lessons, rentals, or repairs). Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. 
 
· All Returns and Exchanges must be received by Moeller Music no later than 7 days from the day  the RA# is issued.

· All shipping costs are non-refundable.

· Returned or Exchanged items must be in their original condition and original packaging.  All items received in the original package must be included in the return package; this includes warranty card, owner's manual, component pieces, accessories, etc.  Returned or Exchanged items not in their original condition could be refused or charged a 15% restocking fee.  Any return product with signs of wear, use, or abuse (example: scratches, scuffs, scrapes, dings, bends, etc.) will be refused or charged a 25% restocking fee.

· When you ship your item, make sure that your RA# is printed clearly on the outside of the package.
