Programmed with 8 songs inside. When you touch the strings of the playable violin with the bow, it will release one continuous note.   As long as you lift up the bow and touch the viiolin string again, the second note will be heard.  Follow this pattern of playing, you can control the speed of  the "default' songs! With a little practice, every one can easily act like a musician.

It is also a music box by itself.  Just press a button at the back of the violin, it will perform a default song of your choice (8 songs instead of one song unlike to those regular wind-up type music boxes)
